Community Nurses

The district nurses visit housebound and immobile patients at home and also run a surgery based leg ulcer clinic.
They are specialists in the care of post-operative wounds, the terminally ill and patients with complex nursing needs. Our district nurses are able to advise carers on the resources available in the community.
If you would like to speak to the district nurses or arrange a home visit you should contact them directly on 0118 934 6698.
The community matron visits patients who have a number of co-existing long term health conditions. Her role is to co-ordinate the care for these patients to help prevent crises and unnecessary hospital admissions.
The community matron can be contacted on 0118 934 6686

Health Visitors

The health visitors look after the needs of new born babies and children up to the age of 5 and can be contacted direct on 0118 934 6699.
