Repeat Prescriptions

greepillsYour doctor may authorise regular medication to be repeated without the need to make an appointment each time. When you need further supplies please return the computer slip clearly marked with the items you require. Alternatively, if you have lost the slip, please fill out a repeat medication form available from the surgery. A box is provided at the dispensary for requests and we would ask for two full working days’ notice before collection.

In a real emergency we will accept a request by phone to the dispensary. If you wish to fax your medication request the dispensary direct fax number is 0118 934 6693.

Dispensary

The surgery has a dispensary on the premises and can dispense medication to those patients living more than 1 mile from any of the local chemists should the patient so desire. All prescriptions, private forms and letters can be collected from the dispensary. When the dispensary is closed these items will be available from the main reception.
