Who can register?

To register at the surgery you will need to live in the practice area. This includes

  • Twyford
  • Ruscombe
  • Charvil
  • Hurst
  • Waltham St. Lawrence
  • Winnersh (but not usually south of the M4 and not beyond the A329. Winnersh has 2 separate surgeries covering the area.)

Knowl Hill and Wargrave patients can be accepted but are covered by Wargrave Surgery.

We also accept patients living in Sonning as the village has no surgery, however Loddon Vale Practice is nearer.

How to Register

If you have a medical card please bring it to reception or complete a Form GMS1 which can be obtained from reception. If you are in any doubt please speak to a receptionist. It is better to register the whole household. No discrimination will be made in regard to race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance or on grounds of disability or medical condition.
